Tuesday Nap Science

Did you know dat scientifically speaking, habing a nap on a Tuesday is a good idea.  Naps can restore alertness, enhance performance, and reduce mistakes and accidents. A study at NASA on sleepy military pilots and astronauts found that a 40-minute nap improved performance by 34% and alertness 100%.  I know Marty used to take lots ob naps in space when he was an astronaut too.  It’s a long trip to the yogi planet.

    What about napping on the job? I kinda think it’s a good idea. What does science say Milo?

      Naps can increase alertness in the period directly following the nap and may extend alertness a few hours later in the day, so weally a good idea your boss should get behind. Good for Internashunal Bizness!
