In between my math classes (where we had a rat scavenger hunt), I visited classed and discussed the many fine points of rats. All the students were so polite and sweet, and had such good questions. The rats were well behaved, although Hershey did have a little present for one or two of the groups. (Teeny colons gotta go when they gotta go, yo) I enjoyed each and every minute, and was happy to advance the cause of Rat in our school. I am even proud of the teachers that have stopped fleeing the room when the rats come in. Way to go! And VERY proud of the teachers who had their first petting. But the kudos of the day goes to Ms. Dixon, Ms. Stark, and Ms. Palmeri who all three dressed up as the 3 Blind Mice, complete with canes, ears, and tails. Way to rock the rat day!!

I came home, bought take out Chinese, tutored, and fell asleep for an hour. That was a LOT of on the feet today. And the rats are all sacked out. I haven’t seen them at all tonight. Happy World Rat Day!

Hope you had a happy World Rat Day, fellas. You look great in your fancy hats. Fancy hats for fancy rats, yay!

We celebrated with a special spaghetti supper, extra playtime, and special yoghurt treats at bedtime, so my guys had a really good day. They send their best greetings.
