It’s with a broken heart that I am writing this post. Wimbley left us last night to go on his biggest adbenture to meet Marty up in Heaben. While I take great comfort that they are together, it happened somewhat unexpectedly. He had a great breakfast yesterday, and was bright eyed and energetic as usual, but apparently his body was shutting down. I was sure we had a bit more time, but I was wrong. Thankfully, we had a wonderful final day together with hours of snuggles, and he passed very peacefully in my arms, surrounded by warmth and love. I have no regrets knowing we did all we could. The love and support from all of you lifted us all these last few months, and we thank you wholeheartedly for that.
Wimbley was a bright light in our lives, and I know he was in many of yours as well. With his happy hopping for snacks, reading books, pea fishing, writing most excellent poetry, searching for aliems, and going on trabel adbentures, he brought joy to our days and always will. He lived large and had a wonderful life. He will live forever in our hearts.

As President, it is my great privilege – well, it’s my privilege – actually, let’s just say it’s my job – to grant one clemency today. As I do, I want to take a moment to recognize the brave turkeys who weren’t so lucky, who didn’t get to ride the gravy train to freedom – who met their fate with courage and sacrifice – and proved that they weren’t chicken. I wish I could pardon them all. Run free young turkey!!
Tomorrow is Fanksgibbing!! I am so excited about eating so much corms and smashed taters and pie and I hab so much to be fankful for. xo P.S. Dis Wimbley.
Hai eberybody. I know you hab been wondering how I am, I’m doing ok! It’s up and down, but I’m on an upswing right now. While I was getting my medisin last night I made up a new poem. It goes like dis:
There once was a red balloom
who was nice to all in the room
then a window was opened
and a breeze sucked him out
he floated to his inevitable doom.
Dis is actually more ob a cautionary tale. If you hab balloom friends, you should hold their hands if you go to parties.
My brothers fink my medisins are tasty.
Inspired by Admiral Ackbar, I signed in a new piece ob legislashun today, effectib immediately. I fink it’s an important one, and will make eberybodys errands go much smoother. No more parking lot traps!! P.S. I need a smaller pen.
We did lots ob Internashunal Bizness paperwork today. It was a good team effort, but now it’s all in the office, but we still hab to file it in the right place to keep fings organized.
