It’s me, the President for all ober the world. As the first rat President, I wanted to take dis opportunity to speak to all the rats ob the world today and say good job! Personally I want to fank you all for being my secret serbice as I trabel around the globe.
We hab come a long way and our numbers are growing. Our reputashun is getting better and better, people are starting to recognize us for the smarts, cutes and Internashunal Bizness skillz we all hab. You hab all worked hard and today you get recognized for your efforts.
